What exactly happens with blind signing after June?

Ledger says We are announcing that by June 2024, users will no longer be able to Blind Sign with Ledger devices.

Yes, there were questions already about it, but none of them was answered officially.

For example currently we have to enable blind signing if we want to interact with DEX using Metamask. Let's say I use staking, without blind signing I will not be able to unstake my coins anymore.

I'd like to know what happens if I update my ledger after June and still have staked coins, or if I have any contracts that I need to interact with third party wallet apps.
