Have you updated to the latest firmware yet?
Have you updated to latest ? And is you internet strong ?
“Can’t get data” sound an awful lot like “Can’t connect to server” to me. I’ve seen some school, company, and ISP firewalls block “hacker” sites. Often they will include things like
trezor,bitcoin,tor, andonionin the list of “hacker stuff”.Try connecting on or off of wifi or connect to a different hotspot to see if it works. If it does, ask why the other hotspot had some silly internet-nanny filter on it.
