Trezor Unknown Transaction Money Lost?? Please help

EDIT: I updated the Trezor Client Suite and the firmware and upon restarting the Trezor, I could see the transaction and the amount 🙂

A friend sent me money using their coinbase account: https://i.imgur.com/8pAVUwJ.png

But it shows as unknown transaction in my trezor: https://i.imgur.com/zq4Iyv4.png

I just updated my firmware from 1.9 to 1.11 but it still shows as unknown.

  1. Coinbase support? Since when coinbase started hiring people with such terrible language skills?

    From what I have seen on Reddit it looks more like a scammer to me, that would also explain the total nonsense they wrote back to your friend in the third screenshot.
