The signature doesnt match the right address

So it used to be no problems at all when I'm using metamask + ledger to sign or connect to any dapps but recently , it not working anymore. Those old website i connected previously no problem, but the new one when I tried to connect

=> it showed the signature => i hit confirm => nothing happened => i check the error by hitting the F12 => showed that: The signature doesn't match the right address

how is it possible if it not right address there shouldn't have the signature request in the beginning. I still sending and receiving coins no by approve signature no problems, Seem weird, please advised.

    1. Never share your Secret Recovery Phrase with any site or a person. MetaMask does not use Gmail or web forms. Do not enter your Secret Recover Phrase into a pop-up window, even if it looks like MetaMask. Verify links are legitimate. Scammers often use these tactics.

    2. Beware of fake websites. The official website for MetaMask is https://metamask.io/

    3. MetaMask Support will never DM you. This is a common tactic scammers use to try and get access to your wallet.
