Hello, in around April 2021 I learned about MetaMask and deposited $150 and bascially somewhere along the lines of me doing that I messed up and sent some money to the wrong wallet, today I woke up and thought of MetaMask for no reason what so ever. I end up logging in since its been as a chrome extenstion for so long and I end up at my MetaMask Portfolio, I see it says I have $183??? Now is this recoverable or just lost forever, he is the screenshot.

That’s your portfolio page, so you should have access to those 183$ worth of ETH.
I don’t see why you wouldn’t be able to do what you want with it? Swap it for something else, send it to an exchange, whatever.
Yep, looks like you have some weth on the binance smart chain, can’t see why you can’t send it to binnance exchange itself for example, swap it for usd or something in there and then transfer to your bank account.
