A few days ago I received an order from ledger.com
I wanted to return one item but for 12 days I have not received a response from support…
Do you know how long it takes for a response? I have only 14 days to return the product :-/

Hey u/DannyGo85, if you post your ticket or case number here (the one you used to open your return ticket), I should be able to process your return for you without any issues!
Support replay: “Our response time Has slowed down significantly due to the high volume of requests we have receiving.”
So, we just have to patiently wait 😉
