Gotten an email and it came through without filter, directly to inbox, and I clicked on it to unsubscribe.
How do I avoid my current wallet being compromised? As i've used it to do trading.
Have did scans on malware/norton but no results.

First of all make sure you disconnect your wallet from it if you connected it and check revoke.cash for any kind of approvals you might have accepted, in case there were any.
It would be best if you contact Support team at https://support.metamask.io/ and click `Start a Conversation`
Once you click Start a Conversation a live chat bot will appear on your screen. It will give you an automated response at first, but afterwards you should be able to contact the support team directly.
Try revoking access
If you didn’t connect to the scam site and there are no virusses you are probably safe.
Try copying and pasting your wallet address in a bunch of different applications. There are some viruses that change wallet addresses specifically so verify it is the same!
The email itself should be nothing but you should never store your pw’s on your computer. At min use an external drive. is the substack.com legit? Are you sure this is a phishing email?
