Hello! I just wanted to clear up what I see as a bit of a misrepresentation regarding upcoming ETFs.
I have seen numerous people say May 23rd is the upcoming, important deadline. I then see these people go on to say that it's bullish because BlackRock has a 576-1 ETF approval/withdrawal ratio.
It seems unwise to conflate these facts. VanEck's ETF approval deadline is May 23rd. BlackRock's ETF approval deadline is August 7th.
VanEck's BTC ETF was denied by the SEC in March last year. It was only when BlackRock's ETF was approved that things moved forward.

It will still be beneficial in the long run
If the ETH ETF’s gets approved, they will all be approved at the same time. Thats why the first final deadline is important.
So they deny May 23rd, lawsuit filed May 24th… then we wait for the courts?
