I'm sorry for posting it here, but ledger really don't want to be emailed or DMed anywhere. My problem is that I can't see my polygon wallet balance in Ledger Live, while I can see it in e.g. Metamask. I hope their support'll see my message here at least…

The Ledger subreddit is continuously targeted by scammers. Ledger Support will never send you private messages. Never share your 24-word recovery phrase with anyone, never enter it on any
website or software, even if it looks like it’s from Ledger. Only keep the recovery phrase as a physical paper or metal backup, never create a digital copy in text or photo form. Learn more at

Why do you need to see it in ledger live? Just use debank or something.
Delete the app Polygon and re install again
Go in “my ledger”
Are you sure it’s not the ERC-20 version, hiding in your ETH account? Just below where you hid your balance, I see “show tokens”. Is it there?
