Hoping to hear some advice for getting back into my accout. Metamask isn't giving me the option to open with my finger print. Tried using my password and I got this message. Any ideas on how to bring up the thumb scanner again?

You’re never locked out if you have your seed phrase. Do you have the words you were asked/forced to write down when setting up your wallet?
