4:17 As a former employee who worked for a Blockchain base company in 2018. Yes you can switch from security to commodity. My former employer went through the process with the SEC (It took just over a year I believe) and finally got approved and deemed a commodity.
This is a government takedown, they want to crash the prices so that the thieves off Wall Street, the incumbent bankster’s and the rest of the big private financial institutions can pick up the coins and rock bottom prices before the regulations come in for crypto, just my $2 cents
