Need help: Account is not connected to site when building a DApp (Explained below with illustrations)

Hi guys, I need help with metamask as a tool to authorize transaction for my DApp that I'm developing, as shown in the image below it seems like my account (imported from ganache) won't connect, don't really know how to fix this, I've tested this on both firefox and brave
