My trezor suite software cannot read the data, it keeps spinning in circles. I've re-downloaded the latest version but can't resolve the issue. Only the web version of trezor suite can use my hardware wallet.

Corrupted data might be the issue. Open the appdata folder with Windows key + R and type %appdata% in the Run text input. Find the Trezor Suite related folder and delete it. Uninstalling Trezor Suite doesn’t delete this folder, so it might be causing the problem. I don’t remember the folder’s name, will update this comment when I get back to my machine.
