Gensler responds to recent XRP ruling and says he’s disappointed with the ruling.

So Gary Gensler was asked about XRP ruling at the press conference and it is the first words he said about since the ruling was done.

Basically says he's disappointed with the way the judge Tores' ruling went regarding the retail investing, and that the SEC will continue to look at it and still keep assessing that opinion that XRP is not a security. So basically we can hear that Gary Gensler is quite butthurt about the ruling, and can't take the L very well.

  14. This is so fucking unethical for a supposedly independent and neutral market regulator to be sharing personal opinions like this. Hes also just digging himself in deeper falling out of favour with the court system. All across the country different courts are getting more and more agitated with them

    And what is Gary boy going to do? The SEC doesn’t have the authority to declare an asset a security, and he’ll have to wait a few years before appealing (by then he’ll be long gone and Wall Street will be all over crypto)
