After a Livechat my conversation was “switched over to an email”. However, I noticed that that email headers show From: [support@ledger.fr](mailto:support@ledger.fr) but Reply-To: [support_at_ledger_fr_b7ma92mdb0ra9c_j16g6144@icloud.com](mailto:support_at_ledger_fr_b7ma92mdb0ra9c_j16g6144@icloud.com)
The former seems legit, but I found no where on the ledger web site saying anything about ledger ever using icloud.com addresses. In fact, there is pretty clear writing saying they never do that:

Where I'm from, we are getting news about banks that end up with criminals who infiltrate the staff then “reroute” customer questions to themselves. Is this what is happening here?
PS I am not interested in talking conspiracy theories or trashing ledger. I have had no problem with them before. I'm just concerned about what this email is.
