I’m completely new to uniswap and I feel like this might be a scam token. Supposed to be a pre sale so it can’t be sold until the 20th and I’m guessing it will be very high fees.

Most definitely a scam. Layer Zero are still taking requests from people who have been farming the protocol for 15% of their allocation
