Hey all, maybe from here I’ll get the answer.
This is the third time I've sent Near tokens from Kraken to Ledger -> the transaction is completed -> in Near Explorer I can see the ledger balance was updated -> Near wallet in the ledger doesn't show I received the transaction and ofc balance wasn't updated accordingly.
I want to stake those tokens but am unable to do so because Ledger doesn't show it.
The ledger version is the most up-to-date 3.39.0 (6).
I cleared the cache.
I removed the account and added it back.

Attached is a screenshot of my actual balance.
In previous times “magically” the UI was updated a few days later and I could stake the tokens. I really don't know what do to next.

I read that the very latest version of Ledger Live fixes something related to NEAR. Check that you use the latest ledger live.
I see the latest version of the ledger NEAR app is 1.2.1, is that what you have on your ledger?
