I had roughly 30k USDC staked on Synapse during the breach. Upon learning of the breach (four weeks late) I unstaked and put the USDC back in my harmony wallet. If the USDC was not in my wallet and staked on synapse at the time of the breach, would I still be eligible for reimbursement?
