I was using Metamask plugin on my Chrome for few month and I always was typing my password and using it easily, suddenly it updated my Chrome to the latest version automatically and when I tried to open up Metamask, I saw the plugin is not added and need to install it again, after installation Metamask asked me for recovery phrase which I don't not remember where I've written it down, so I tried to restore my windows to a day before Chrome update, but when it was done0, Chrome is not working, I'm really in trouble now and my money is in danger, may someone help me please?
