I need your support, because I lost ETHs in my MEW wallet and I sent more than 20 message, but nobody can answer what is wrong.
2 days ago, using my MEW wallet on desktop (Chrome)(0x308f76A9Fbf79B48DE29A99663fDF1082f278a43), I tried to exchange ETHs on BTC.
I tried to use swap function and put the address of my wallet in blockchain (screenshot) proved that (3E3YEH5mepbGJz8X5Vy5PoD9tNJ2KHqreV (BTC trading account).
My ETHs went out and I received the message (please look at screenshot) that the swap status failed, however my ETHs were lost.
I did’t receive anything and lost my ETH. (Please look at screenshot in my blockchain account).
The last but not the least, if you look at the screenshot on safari web or safari mobile there wasn’t any transaction.
