So I’ve been taking a look at various ways to monetize my content, and as a wannabe YouTuber, I can tell you that all the digging I’ve done has led me to this conclusion: it is nigh impossible for most with centralized systems.
But I do think that there may be some hope with more tailor made decentralized content creation platforms. Sure, you have your NFTs as a way to supercharge content monetization. But I think you need to meet current methods halfway. It’s not just a matter of we’re going to completely upend how things work.
For example, you can have a marketplace like shutterstock but with a direct creator to consumer relationship powered by blockchain tech. Just my two cents.
