With so many Cake Vaults on the BSC ecosystem, I wanted to see which was the best for me. So I've staked 5 $Cake into auto-compounding vaults and created a GoogleSheets to compare them all: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1TeHRapjfvE_liXM4yCP3uLuhe4hmnzPoWIFsurjq2Pc/edit?usp=sharing
The 3 main points I wanted to answer were:
- Which Auto-compounding vaults perform better than PancakeSwap (Table 1)
- Which vaults over the same time period would perform better than PancakeSwap (Table 4)
- Are the Reported APY rewards the same as what I am getting. (Table 3)

PancakeSwaps “Week over week change” was set as 0% and all other vaults were compared against its performance in “Cake rewards” and in “Total value (Cake + Other rewards)”. Some of the “Total Value Changes” do not correlate to the “Cake Change” due to fees (i.e. deposit, withdraw, and performance fees).
*** Please note that AutoFarm (Mars) has a 180 day lock-up period!!!

7. Personal thoughts and strategies moving forward:
- The Alpaca leaverage vault was liquidated and I recieved 25% of the value in BNB back – rip.
- The Cake vault on Wheat has finished? (Cake vault is now under the “Finished” Tab), will keep for another week before retiring.
- TakeProfit really jumped this week, though on average it's about the same as everyone else. I assume the threshold for compounding on the protocol was triggered? (Also not that the Marketcap for PROFIT is like 2.4k).
- The AutoFarm (Mars) still still on top, though the APY is steadily decreasing every week. The data indicates that the APY is around 115%, which is till higher than most, but with a 180 day lock-up period.
- Pinecone has been surprising project, seems like the right amout of emission and user growth to sustain the price?
- Don-Key (AutoFarm – Mars) just finished its first week, performance is not as expected but it's only been 1 week.
- The price of JAWS on AutoShark has been taking a hit, though like mentioned before, the JAWS are only minted upon claming and the reward is based upon performance. Which helps “stablize” the rewards.
