Ledger customer support is literally the worst in the world

I ordered Ledger Nano X from ledger's official website and received an empty shipment. They do not answer any emails, I contacted them on Reddit and the moderator of this topic also does not deign to give me an answer as to what is happening with my order. How else can I contact them?

  1. The Ledger subreddit is continuously targeted by scammers. Ledger Support will never send you private messages. Never share your 24-word recovery phrase with anyone, never enter it on any website or software, even if it looks like it’s from Ledger. Only keep the recovery phrase as a physical paper or metal backup, never create a digital copy in text or photo form.   2. I can confirm. Sent back a defective unit. Tracking says they received it last week. No update on when they’ll send a replacement. Already contact them and no answer.

  3. Everything is screwed up these days. I work for a company that makes machines. Last week I was at a customers site and they wanted a handful of parts. Normally we could get the parts to them overnight. We had to tell them six to eight weeks at best. Pandemic has everything screwed.

  4. I ordered from Best Buy a few weeks ago. Easy experience. I was about to order another direct from official website, but knowing this I may just go with what worked in the past.

Facts i thought they were good after 10 days and multiple emails sent me a new nano x . 3 weeks later after getting they wanted feedback I dare gave them a good one the next day ask for the old one back lol…. I told them I deserved something for hours and trying to get it to work 2.0 fixed it for now lied to telling me that it was long backup for ship labels . I asked for a credit they said send it back they didn’t ever tell me what they would give… I’m keeping it and never using this company again.

  7. I ordered and received a family package recently (three pieces of nano x) directly from their web. Everything went fast and smoothly.
