I made the most ridiculous mistake, and I don't know what should I do with it now. As the title suggests, I need to restore my crypto wallet password, and I don't know how to do it. I hope I'm not the only one who's that stupid to lose a crypto password.
Besides, I've tried to do everything the smart way. Like it was suggested, I created a separate Gmail account for my password for my crypto wallet. Of course, I did it for security reasons. Every article about wallet security suggested users create a separate Gmail account to register a crypto wallet. I followed their advice. They just didn't consider that I would be so dumb to forget this password, the secret words, and have no access to my old phone number.
As you can see, I'm desperate. I just don't know what I should do in my case. Maybe you can suggest something?
I have a couple of Bitcoins there, and I would like to sell them. I've already found a customer. But everything stopped when I realized I couldn't access my wallet. Then, I realized that I couldn't access the email to which this wallet was assigned. I know it sounds stupid, and I already blame myself for being a dumb ass.
I was trying to find a solution to this and ran into a service that allows me to find professional hackers. I wonder if they can help me to restore my password and access to my e-wallet? Is it even legal to hack my own wallet? Besides, do I need to change my wallet and transfer all the currency to a new one after someone hacked it, even with my permission?
I've lost that customer anyway. But I still need access to my damn wallet. I decided to sell some of the cryptos I have because I urgently need money, and my crypto wallet was like an airbag for me. Now, it's almost gone. Unless I find a way to restore my password. Next time, I'll assign it to my current email address, which I use regularly.
