  1. We should melt up a bit going in to July 6th ETF decision. Not a lot of hype about it because we’ve been disappointed so many times before. But this time it’s hard to see how the rational decision for Gary is to fight it. And lately he’s indicated capitulation, possibly, in his statements about BTC being an example of a non-security. He should also see the legislation being developed doesn’t play into his agenda, so any leverage he had by way of the ETF approval is reasonably diminished. And he could do a lot more productive work with money that would otherwise have to be spent fighting DCG’s monster legal team.

Ohh, and then also he’s been talking up the value of public comments on Twitter after they just received 11K comments on the ETF.

Who knows, Gary could be completely committed. But if he’s in any way pragmatic, I think he’ll just approve the damn thing and get it over with.

  2. Besides a Bart, in the last few days we nearly had the whole Simpsons family of price action – I can even see a Homer there.

  3. Discuss validity (or not) of the following statement:

Whales will not let Bitcoin slip to 20k or under even if it means perhaps accumulating at a somewhat higher price than they could, because they don’t see it in their interest to make the asset so volatile as to affect the narrative for the big pump to 300k.

  4. “May 2022 CPI data are scheduled to be released on June 10, 2022, at 8:30 A.M. Eastern Time.”

What’s the general feeling; as expected (Phew!) or much worse (MUMMY!)
