  5. Option 3, I do not agree. Rate reduction should be much more gradual. People have locked their cake for a year with the intention of getting a high rate. Unfair to drop it to .35% in 6 or even 9 months.

  7. It is still way too aggressive, why not spread it over more than 9 months?
