Thinking back in History, I think the next run will be somewhere in 2025.
1st Halving in 9/28/12 (BTC=$12-$13) then a year later in 11/1/13 (BTC=$1100 +/-).
2nd Halving in 7/9/16 (BTC=$665 +/-) then a year later in 12/1/17 (BTC=$13880 +/-).
3rd Halving in 5/11/20 (BTC=$9182 +/-) a year later in 4/14/21 (BTC=$64814 +/-).
Next halving will be sometime in 2024, given the previous Halving History. I personally would start buying now and HOLD for dear life until 2025. 😁
